A 4-day leadership journey in the Karoo for young South African change-makers
South Africa is full of talent and opportunity – and also full of volatility and uncertainty.
If you’re a young, ambitious South African, it can be hard to picture a future where you and the people you care about truly thrive.
The Initiative exists to change that.
We bring together a group of emerging leaders for four intense days in the remote beauty of the Karoo. With the support of top-level international and local faculty, you’ll step out of daily pressures, look your future in the eye, and decide how you want to lead – in your life, work and community.
